She worked with top executives in diverse industries in order to enhance the performance of their businesses, particularly during rapid growth. She has been a key partner in translating business and human strategies into strategic goals for organizations and plans has included organizational and performance planning along with employee engagement as well as changes in management. She's a lover of education and considers leadership and team-building as the most valuable asset. Her broad experience with small and mid-size companies along with Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders. She has demonstrated success and results has helped cultivate organizations that were able to embrace the concept of learning and innovation to improve the performance of groups and companies. Annmarie has felt compelled by her passion to volunteer her skills and time to support the mission of Learning Ally. In her spare time she provides assistance to a number of nonprofit organizations. Annmarie has been a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a committee that aims in helping women to become leaders. Also, she offers education to the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
