Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. At the age of 16, she began competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. In the year 17, she won her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career at age 16, when she stopped the sport of gymnastics. Within a short time, she was able to get her Pro Card at the age of 17. She became one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel left for six years from the stage in order to complete her undergraduate studies. Then, in 2015, she returned on the stage and took part in prestigious competitions such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for several more years, setting goals every year. She also won four fitness awards by the end of the year. The 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her among the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) ever. Once she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel had a 6-year hiatus from the sport to pursue her university degree. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The competition saw her finish with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016 she took home the title of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months Ariel stepped on to the Olympia stage to take home the 6th position for the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel claims she was more than proud of the result. In light of the fact that she had to compete against best of the best. Ariel continues to impress bringing improvements to her body each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent-over rows, single lat pull-downs with one arm on a machine pull-ups, and sitting rows. The majority of the time she warms up then moves on to the workout sets. Ariel is also very efficient in her work. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings on all of her back exercises. This involves three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
